If you disagree with a certificate decision, you can submit a written appeal to our appeals email address within 30 calendar days. Include the decision you're appealing and your reason for the appeal. We'll acknowledge your appeal within 5 business days and give you a reference number. The Program Director will review your appeal within 15 business days and may resolve it directly — for example, by granting a retake if a platform issue is confirmed. If you're not satisfied with the initial review, your appeal is escalated to an independent review panel that includes members who weren't involved in the original decision. The panel issues a final written decision within 15 business days of escalation.
